株式会社デジタルトレンズ（以下「当社」）は、広告レポートツール「DigiRepoNext」（以下「本サービス」）において、ユーザーの個人情報および広告データの取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 収集する情報

当社は以下の情報を収集します。

（1）ユーザーが直接提供する情報

• メールアドレス・氏名（登録時）
• パスワード（ハッシュ化して保管）

（2）外部サービス連携により収集する情報

• 広告アカウントの識別情報（アカウントID・名称）
• 広告パフォーマンスデータ（インプレッション・クリック数・費用・コンバージョン数等）
• 各外部サービス（Google、Meta、Yahoo!、TikTok、Microsoft、X、Criteo、LINE）のOAuthアクセストークン（暗号化保管）
• SNSオーガニックデータ（Instagram Business/Creatorアカウントのフォロワー数・リーチ・インプレッション・投稿エンゲージメント、TikTokアカウントのフォロワー数・動画再生数・いいね数・コメント数・シェア数）

（3）自動的に収集する情報

• アクセスログ（IPアドレス・ブラウザ種別・操作日時）
• Cookieおよびセッション情報（認証維持のみに使用）

2. 利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的のみに利用します。

• 本サービスの提供（広告レポートの生成・表示・自動配信）
• ユーザー認証およびアカウント管理
• 本サービスの改善および新機能開発
• 不正アクセスの検知・防止およびセキュリティ向上
• ユーザーサポートへの対応
• 法令上の義務の履行

広告データは広告レポートの生成目的のみに使用し、マーケティング・広告配信・第三者への販売等に利用することは一切ありません。

3. Metaプラットフォームデータの取扱い

本サービスはMeta（Facebook）のAPIを利用します。Metaより取得したデータの取扱いは以下の通りです。

• 取得データ: Meta Businessアカウントの広告パフォーマンスデータ（インプレッション・クリック・費用・コンバージョン等）
• 利用目的: 広告レポートの生成・表示・自動配信のみ
• 第三者共有: なし（法令に基づく場合を除く）
• データ削除: ユーザーの要請により速やかに削除します（下記「データの削除請求」参照）
• MetaのデータポリシーはMeta社のデータポリシーをご参照ください

3-2. TikTokプラットフォームデータの取扱い

本サービスはTikTok for DevelopersのLogin Kit APIを利用します。TikTokより取得したデータの取扱いは以下の通りです。

• 取得データ: TikTokアカウントのプロフィール情報（表示名・フォロワー数・動画数等）および動画パフォーマンスデータ（再生数・いいね数・コメント数・シェア数）
• 利用スコープ: user.info.profile（プロフィール基本情報）、user.info.stats（フォロワー統計）、video.list（動画一覧・エンゲージメント）
• 利用目的: SNSパフォーマンスレポートの生成・表示のみ
• 第三者共有: なし（法令に基づく場合を除く）
• データ削除: ユーザーの要請により速やかに削除します
• TikTokのデータポリシーはTikTokプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください

3-3. Instagramプラットフォームデータの取扱い

本サービスはMeta Instagram Business Login APIを利用します。Instagramより取得したデータの取扱いは以下の通りです。

• 取得データ: Instagram Business/Creatorアカウントのプロフィール情報（ユーザー名・フォロワー数・投稿数）、投稿データ（いいね数・コメント数・メディアURL）、アカウントレベルインサイト（リーチ・ビュー数）
• 利用スコープ: instagram_business_basic（プロフィール・メディア基本情報）、instagram_business_manage_insights（アカウントインサイト）
• 利用目的: SNSパフォーマンスレポートの生成・表示のみ
• 第三者共有: なし（法令に基づく場合を除く）
• データ削除: ユーザーの要請により速やかに削除します

4. 第三者への提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供しません。

• ユーザーの事前の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合（行政機関・司法機関等からの照会）
• 生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要であり、ユーザーの同意取得が困難な場合

当社は、本サービスの運営においてクラウドサービス（AWS、Google Cloud等）を利用することがありますが、これらの事業者はデータ処理の委託先であり、独立した第三者提供には該当しません。委託先は適切な安全管理措置を講じることを契約上義務付けています。

5. データの削除請求

ユーザーは以下の方法で、当社が保有するデータの削除を請求できます。

1. 本サービスにログイン後、アカウント設定からアカウントを削除する
2. お問い合わせフォームから「データ削除請求」としてご連絡いただく

削除請求を受けた場合、当社は30日以内にアカウント情報・広告データ・アクセストークン等の関連データをすべて削除します。なお、法令上の保存義務がある情報については、義務履行後に削除します。

6. データの保管期間

• アカウント情報: アカウント削除までの期間
• 広告パフォーマンスデータ: 最終同期日から90日間（または退会まで）
• アクセスログ: 90日間

7. セキュリティ

当社は、収集した情報の安全管理のために以下の措置を講じています。

• 通信の SSL/TLS 暗号化（HTTPS）
• OAuthアクセストークンのFernet方式による暗号化保管
• パスワードのbcryptハッシュ化保管
• サーバーへのアクセス制限および認証管理

8. Cookieの使用

本サービスはセッション管理のためにCookieを使用します。広告トラッキング目的のCookieは使用していません。ブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にすることができますが、その場合、ログイン機能等が正常に動作しない場合があります。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は法令の改正またはサービス内容の変更に伴い、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上またはメールにてお知らせします。

Digital Trends Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates DigiRepoNext, an advertising and SNS analytics reporting tool for marketing agencies ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Email address and name (upon registration)
• Password (stored as bcrypt hash)

Information from third-party platform integrations

• Advertising account identifiers and performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, etc.) from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yahoo! Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, X Ads, Criteo, LINE Ads
• Instagram Business/Creator account profile (username, follower count, media count) and account-level insights (reach, views) via Meta Instagram Business Login API — scopes: instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_insights
• TikTok account profile (display name, follower count, video count) and video performance data (views, likes, comments, shares) via TikTok Login Kit — scopes: user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list
• Google Analytics 4 data (sessions, users, conversions) and Google Search Console data (impressions, clicks, queries)
• OAuth access tokens from all connected platforms (stored encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service (generating, displaying, and automatically delivering advertising and SNS performance reports)
• User authentication and account management
• Improving the Service and developing new features
• Detecting and preventing unauthorized access
• Responding to user support inquiries
• Complying with legal obligations

Platform data (advertising performance data, Instagram data, TikTok data) is used exclusively for report generation and is never used for marketing, ad targeting, or sold to third parties.

3. TikTok Platform Data

Our use of TikTok APIs complies with TikTok's Platform Terms of Service and Developer Policies. Specifically:

• user.info.profile: Used to display the connected TikTok account's identity (display name, avatar) on the dashboard.
• user.info.stats: Used to fetch follower count and aggregate statistics for SNS performance reporting.
• video.list: Used to fetch video performance data (views, likes, comments, shares) for inclusion in client reports.
• TikTok data is stored in our secure database and displayed only to the account owner or their authorized marketing agency.
• TikTok data is not shared with any third parties and is not used for advertising targeting or profiling.
• Users may disconnect their TikTok account at any time, which immediately revokes our access. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

4. Instagram Platform Data

Our use of Instagram APIs complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Specifically:

• instagram_business_basic: Used to fetch the connected Instagram Business account's profile information (username, follower count, media count) and media list (posts, engagement metrics).
• instagram_business_manage_insights: Used to fetch daily account-level insights (reach, views) for SNS performance reporting dashboards.
• Instagram data is stored in our secure database and displayed only to the account owner or their authorized marketing agency.
• Instagram data is not shared with any third parties and is not used for advertising targeting or profiling.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account information: Retained until account deletion
• Performance data: Retained for 90 days from last sync, or until account deletion
• Access logs: Retained for 90 days

Users may request deletion of their data by deleting their account in the Service settings or by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete all associated data within 30 days.

6. Security

• All communications encrypted via SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
• OAuth access tokens encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption
• Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes
• Access to servers restricted and monitored
